An emerging policy think tank dedicated to rigorous scholarship, institutional integrity, and consequential governance impact.
Veritas Centre for Policy Research Foundation (VCPRF) is an independent, non-partisan Section 8 policy research organisation and think tank working at the intersection of governance, law, public policy, institutional systems, and technology-driven implementation. The Foundation undertakes interdisciplinary research, advisory, and public-interest initiatives focused on strengthening institutions, improving policy outcomes, and encouraging evidence-based decision-making. Our work combines rigorous analysis with practical implementation perspectives across legal, administrative, regulatory, and socio-economic domains. VCPRF collaborates with governments, academic institutions, civil society organisations, researchers, and industry stakeholders to develop research-backed solutions for emerging governance and public policy challenges. In addition to research and advisory work, the Foundation also undertakes independent digital and technology-enabled initiatives aimed at improving policy accessibility, public engagement, institutional efficiency, and governance implementation.
We draw our name and purpose from the Latin root veritas — truth — reflecting our commitment to evidence-based, impartial inquiry. Our work is grounded in intellectual honesty and directed toward practical, implementable policy outcomes.
VCPRF operates at the confluence of constitutional law, administrative governance, regulatory policy, and institutional design. We collaborate with governments, academic institutions, corporate entities, and civil society to produce knowledge that matters.
